I think that you should put a little bit more work in on the anatomy of the bodies, especially the faces, they are teardrop shaped, and as for the pants on the guy they are fine for now, definetly nothing you should worry about right now but definetly think about how cargo pants are shaped and maybe use a refference (you can just type 'army soldier stock photo' into google and draw his pants) an the colouring could definetly be better, the guy is yellow and the (what i assume to be) shading on the pants is way too little, again, shadin isn't your biggest problem, it normally comes naturally, i would say your biggest concern is anatomy right now, both body and face, i say you should just type in "anatomy drawig refference" into google and start refference drawing, i know it sounds boring but if you're serious about this you could definetly be better, you have potential
