I'm a bit jelly at your ability to draw hands >^<
The ass and lines in the hair are bad. The hair lines tell that it's straight hair going down but they don't flow with the hair. The ass and hips over all don't go with the torso due to its drawn in portion. I think the ear is a little low and the front of the face portion is pushed in.
Your arms and hands are good save for the arms being a little short. The line on her neck(Forgot tech term if there is one for it) is a bit high.
